Streszczenie
W pracy skupiono się na optymalizacji kluczowych parametrów procesu ALD w wielkoskalowym reaktorze produkcyjnym o rozmiarze 2200 × 1200 mm pozwalającym na jednoczesne pokrywanie warstwą tlenkową 10 tafli szklanych o grubości 4 mm. Optymalizacji poddano procesy wzrostu warstwy Al2O3 oraz TiO2 jako materiałów charakteryzujących się wysoką odpornością na czynniki środowiskowo klimatyczne.

Abstract
The influence of the precursor dose of the ALD process on the quality of AR and AS layers used in photovoltaic technologies. The focus of the work was on optimizing key parameters of the ALD process in a large-scale production reactor measuring 2200 × 1200 mm, allowing simultaneous coating of 10 glass sheets, each with a thickness of 4 mm, with an oxide layer. The optimization involved the growth processes of Al2O3 and TiO2 layers as materials characterized by high resistance to environmental factors.
